Rudolph Schindler: How house (Los Angeles, Calif.)

The James Eads How house in the Silverlake area of Los Angeles, is sited on top of a ridge, with views of the San Fernando Valley. The house at 2400 square feet, is large for a Schindler, and is built with center-cut redwood and poured concrete. Richard Neutra designed the landscaping for the house.
The How house was named a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 2007.
